PF Tyler Griffey is another Class of 2009 prospect getting a lot of attention in
recent weeks. The 6'8" 205 LB Griffey is another of the top Class of 2009
prospects in the Midwest and a host of high major programs are looking in his
direction an awful lot.
The long athletic Griffey is a multi-skilled talent with a solid mid range offensive game and the ability to stretch defenses and stroke the trey ball as well. He's got solid athleticism and versatility and the size, length, and frame to really make an impact at the next level with whatever high major program lands the PF prospect out of Lafayette Sr. High School in Ballwin, MO.
Tyler's grades are solid as he rocks a 3.3 G.P.A. (core) and this past summer he played with the St. Louis Gateway program out of Missouri. His performance with them this past summer landed him opportunities to participate in the Adidas Nations this past spring/summer.
With added aggressiveness and strength over the next couple years expect Griffey to grab a host of high major offers from all over the country.
