TOP PROSPECTS
(Note – This is not an exclusive list – listed in alphabetical order)

JAMES BATEMON - 2015 - SG - DTA DEVIN HARRIS SUPERSTARS
While Batemon is still developing a consistent outside jumper, he has become one of the better players around at driving to the basket and finding ways to finish around the hoop. He has good body control and strength for his size (6-0), has a quick first step and can beat you with floaters, lay-ins and getting position for putbacks because of his constant attack. Watch out for Batemon defensively on the ball as he has improved his footwork and has quick hands.

EVAN BOUDREAUX - 2015 - PF - TEAM NLP
Boudreaux is a skilled forward who can beat opponents down on the inside with good body control and soft touch around the hoop, but can also step beyond the arc and bury shots with good consistency. Boudreaux has a high motor and often controls the glass, and has shown the ability to time out shots for blocks. He continues to be a go-to player and is highly effective seemingly anytime he is on the floor.

ROMEO BOUIE - 2015 - SG - WI PLAYGROUND WARRIORS
Bouie is developing into a do-it-all type of player who lays it on the line for his team always. Bouie attacks the hoop rally well down the lane-lines, can knock down floaters off the bounce and is working to develop a better jumper still. Defensively, Bouie is tough and athletic and rebounds aggressively.

LEVI BRADLEY - 2015 - F - WI UNITED
Bradley, a 6-7 forward, is a slim post presence that is starting to develop into more of a versatile forward who can beat defenders with a nice left-handed short-range hook shot, or can step out to the wings and attack baselines well. As his build develops, so too will his ability to pound the glass more, but his offensive game is tough to stop at times with his improved jump shot.

OBEDIAH CHURCH - 2015 - PF - IL IRISH
Church is a long post presence for the Irish that has solid skills on both ends of the floor. With his length defensively, the 6-7 post prospect causes a lot of disruptions for opponents attacking the lane, and he also uses his size well to go up high and grab boards. Offensively he has improved his finishing greatly and attacks the rim more aggressively.

BRADY ERNST - 2015 - PF - IOWA BARNSTORMERS
The 6-8 low post player is really starting to get his feet under him on both the offensive and defensive sides of the game. Ernst has a good skill set on offense where he can hit some shots away from the hoop with confidence, but is also starting to go harder at the rim to finish against contact. Defensively, he has great length and is beginning to find ways to utilize that more effectively timing out shots and going up for rebounds with positioning.

JT GIBSON - 2015 - G - NET GAIN SPORTS
Gibson is just a tough all-around offensive guard who can rotate spots fluidly, and his main asset is his ability to score the basketball from just about anywhere. With a 6-3 frame, he has a good perimeter stroke that is difficult to disrupt, solid handle that he uses to get to places to pull-up and knock down or to finish going at the hoop, and he has excellent quickness in the open court.

TYLER HALL - 2015 - SG - QUAD CITY ELITE
Hall is an exceptional scorer with great size and length for his position. The 6-5 scoring guard has good handle that he uses to attack at the opponent to get them off balance where he can then rise up and hit perimeter shots with good accuracy, but also can blow by defenders and score going to the rim.

KARL HARRIS - 2015 - G - IL STARS
Harris is a good-sized combo guard who can beat you in a variety of ways. At 6-3 and with a good handle and developing consistency with his perimeter shot, Harris keeps opponents on their heels with his ability to drive with his quickness and athleticism or to rise up from outside and hit shots over defenders. His game has steadily improved on the defensive end as well where his IQ and anticipation has developed quickly and he shows a propensity for stepping in passing lanes and getting on the glass more effectively.

MATT HELDT - 2015 - F/C - MILWAUKEE SPARTANS
Heldt led his team to a state title game as a Junior and has continued that strong play into the spring where he continues to develop his skill set in and out of the post. Heldt has a nice mid-range shot, but has really shown improvement with his post moves, working up-and-unders, strong drop-steps to attack the rim more aggressively and using face up opportunities. Defensively at 6-11, 225-pounds, Heldt is getting stronger to hold his position and remains a solid shot blocker without getting himself off balance or out of position to rebound.

BRANDON HUTTON - 2015 - SF - ILLINOIS STARS
At 6-6 and with his athleticism, it is now wonder Hutton was a prime prospect before committing to Iowa in early March. Hutton goes to the basket hard, has shown good strength through contact and can rise up on people with the ball. On the other end he has the ability to defend multiple positions because of his size and athleticism.

DEREK JONES - 2015 - SF - KINGDOM HOOPS
Jones is a good-sized and athletic small forward who can score in a variety of ways. About 6-6, Jones does well inside and can take contact with his body while still finding ways to get the ball in the basket, and is capable of scoring with either hand inside.

AARON JORDAN - 2015 - SG - ILLINOIS STARS
The Illinois commit continues to show off why he is one of the premier scorers in the land with his ability to knock down shots at a high rate from beyond the arc. Jordan also gets it done off penetration where he can stop on a dime to pull up on opponents for mid-range jumpers, and is a good finisher in transition as well.

BRANDON KEY - 2015 - PG - MILWAUKEE SPARTANS
Key is one of the quickest point guards on the circuit right now who pushes the ball in transition exceptionally. In the open court, the 5-11 lead guard is an excellent passer and has shown the ability to finish going to the basket through contact. His outside game is still coming along as he works to become a more consistent threat from the perimeter, but has a good mid-range pull up or floater.

JAYLEN KEY - 2015 - F - WI UNITED
Key is one of the tougher prospects taking the court right now as he has good size (6-6) and a high motor on both ends of the floor. Key’s offensive game overall has come along nicely as he finishes around the basket with more consistency, can hit mid-range shots with good consistency with the spot up or off the turn from the mid-post, but he really does damage attacking the offensive glass and getting second-chance points.

NICK MCGLYNN - 2015 - PF - WI PLAYGROUND WARRIORS
The Stoughton native has been steadily improving his overall game since last summer and building his overall skill set. At 6-8, McGlynn can take opponents inside and is finding ways to score through contact, but has really developed a more consistent shot away from the post that he can extend to the perimeter, making it more difficult for defenders to choose what to stop with him.

KYLE MCKINLEY - 2015 - PF - NET GAIN SPORTS
McKinley is a tough forward on the interior who can score from the block or do some work facing up in the short-range. He rebounds the ball well on both ends of the floor and creates disruptions for opponents on the other end with his 6-10 frame and length. His overall skill-set is still developing, but he is really becoming a go-to player inside.

KYLE MONROE - 2015 - SF - WI BLIZZARD
Monroe is a hard-nosed player that can beat you in multiple ways. The 6-5 lefty has a good lane-line drive where he uses his body to create space and can finish on the move, he can knock down mid-range shots with ease, but is also a good perimeter shooter off the spot-up that makes opponents pay for not stepping out. Monroe is also an active and aggressive rebounder on either end.

REED NIKKO - 2016 - F/C - NET GAIN SPORTS
Nikko is an anchor in the middle for Net Gain with his size, motor and improving skill set. Nikko is active on the interior defensively at 6-9, blocking shots, getting deflections and powering down some rebounds. He has also showed improved skill with the ball in his hands on the block, turning either way to score, but can also hit some short-range jumpers when getting a good look as well.

BREVIN PRITZL - 2015 - SG - WI PLAYGROUND WARRIORS
Pritzl has really come into his own as a prospect over the last year, showcasing his ability to score the basketball with the best out there. The 6-4 off-guard has good handles, is tough athletically with good bounce and fearlessness going at the hoop, but is really dangerous from downtown where he can drill shots at a high rate when he gets rolling. Pritzl also is not afraid to get in the mix on the glass on either end and is a fierce competitor.

DAVID SACHS - 2015 - PG - IL RISING STARS
Sachs is one of those tough-as-nails guards that plays above his 6-1 size with effort, quickness and craftiness. From the lead guard position, Sachs shows his ability to drain shots from multiple levels of the offense, and is a good passer off the dribble that always seems to make the smart play. He is a fierce competitor that does what it takes to keep his team battling and hunting.

TJ SCHLUNDT - 2014 - SG - WI SWING
Schlundt returns with renewed purpose and again is showing his ability to score the basketball at different levels. The tough guard is improved off the dribble where he can get to points to pull up and score, but is still a major threat from the outside where he can put up points in a hurry when he gets going.

CODY SCHWARTZ - 2015 - F - WI BLIZZARD
Schwartz has been steadily gaining momentum in recruiting circles with his offensive repertoire. The 6-8 forward improved his inside game well throughout the year finishing around the basket, but it is still his hot hand from the perimeter with his size that makes him such a dangerous player for opponents to try to defend. Schwartz is tough and gets in the mix on the boards as well.

CHRISTIAN WILLIAMS - 2015 - SG - IL IRISH
Williams is a very versatile wing player who likes to be up as a shooting guard with the ball in his hands where he can penetrate and look for space to score using his athleticism and size, but can also slash from the wings and score off the pull up or get to the glass for putbacks. The 6-5 wing is really building his arsenal offensively, and with continued effort defensively, he is one of the hotter prospects around.

MARSHAWN WILSON - 2015 - G - WI UNITED
Wilson is a tough, gritty, athletic and skilled guard who puts constant pressure on opponents. On the ball, Wilson is a lock-down type defender with good strength and quick hands who can then convert against contact in transition. In the half-court, Wilson has good burst and can score from the outside off the pull-up, has good body control and touch going to the basket and is improving as a passer as well.
