Across the Midwest, things are heating up for some of the top senior prospects who are preparing to sign in November. In 2017 and 2018, multiple recruits are scheduling visits and racking up offers, beginning an exciting time in their recruitments as things start to take off. 

Here’s a look at some of the recruiting action happening in the Midwest this week: 

The Wisconsin Playground Warriors will send 2018’s Tyler Herro, Adam Trapp, Keshawn Justice, Jordan McCabe, and Jack Plumb to visit Wisconsin this weekend.

La Crosse (Wis.) Central 2017 wing Kobe King is picking up interest from Vanderbilt, Minnesota, California, Wake Forest, Creighton, and others. He has offers from Marquette, Wisconsin, and Iowa State.

Ripon (Wis.) 2017 guard Luke Loewe is receiving interest from Wisconsin, Northern Iowa, St. Joseph’s, Butler, and Bradley. Milwaukee, Green Bay, Drake, and IUPUI have offered.

Kansas State was the latest to offer Osseo (Minn.) Maple Grove 2016 center Reed Nikko. The Wildcats join Missouri, Minnesota, and Iowa among high major programs to offer Nikko.

Brooklyn Park (Minn.) Champlin Park 2017 guard McKinley Wright has received offers from Texas Tech and Kansas State. Wright has other offers from Illinois and Sam Houston State. 

Cleveland (Ohio.) Garfield Heights 2016 guard Frankie Hughes wrapped up an official visit to St. Joseph’s last weekend. His final six includes Dayton, Texas A&M, Minnesota, San Francisco, and Wisconsin.

West Virginia visited Westchester (Ill.) St. Joseph 2016 power forward Nick Rakocevic fresh off his official visit to Morgantown. USC, who is also expected to get an official visit, will be in on Tuesday. 

Milwaukee (Wis.) Washington 2016 point guard Te’Jon Lucas has narrowed his list of choices to Illinois, USC, and Old Dominion. He will make his collegiate decision later today at a 5:30 pm CST press conference at the Silver Spring Neighborhood Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

2016 PF Kaj Days of Racine (Wis.) Park has added offers from Division 2 Illinois-Springfield and Hillsdale College over the past few days.  

NY2LA SPORTS FUTURES CAMP INFORMATION
The annual NY2LA Sports Futures Camp is set for Saturday October 24, 2015 in Illinois.  The camp is open to 2017-2019 prospects and annually draws some of the top prospects and scouts in the country.  It’s a one day camp with all prospects receiving a reversible jersey, towel, socks, t-shirt, and lunch.  Past camp MVP’s include the likes of Semi Ojeleye (Duke), Cliff Alexander (Kansas/NBA), Kevon Looney (UCLA/NBA), Deonte Burton (Marquette/Iowa State), Jimmy Witt (Arkansas), Nolan Narain (San Diego State), etc.  For more registration information CLICK HERE
