MILWAUKEE - The 2016 July “live” evaluation periods will once again serve as critical for young high school prospects with aspirations of playing after high school and NY2LA Sports will once again be front and center with multiple events.  The first July evaluation period will run from July 6-10, 2016 with NY2LA Sports once again hosting its annual Next Level Invitational in Wisconsin, which is again eligible for NCAA Certification in 2016.

The July “live” evaluation period platform is annually regarded as one of the premiere tournaments in the country each year and in 2016 it promises to be even bigger and better as this year’s tournament will not only serve as another high quality “live” evaluation platform for college coaches and prospects alike, but it will also serve as the host platform for the NY2LA Basketball Association Championships!

The Next Level Invitational will offer up both a championship platform for the NY2LA Basketball Association teams as well as an open division format for open division entries that will see pool play take place Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning before all the teams, including the NY2LA Basketball Association teams, join together to compete for the Next Level Invitational tournament championships on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!  This will once again load the gym with college coaches and scouts alike each day and provide the kids at all levels an opportunity for excellent exposure once again.

This year’s tournament format will be as follows:
July 6, 2016 – NY2LA Basketball Association Championship Play & Next Level Invitational Open Division Pool Play

July 7, 2016 – NY2LA Basketball Association Championship Play & Next Level Invitational Open Division Pool Play

July 8, 2016 – NY2LA Basketball Association Championship Play, Next Level Invitational Open Division Pool Play, & Next Level Championship Play

July 9, 2016 – Next Level Invitational Championship Play

July 10, 2016 – Next Level Invitational Championship Play

The tournament has drawn close to 1,000 college coaches over the course of the 5 days each of the past few years and in 2016 with the addition of the NY2LA Basketball Association teams it should be one of the hottest events to kick off the July “live” evaluation periods.  The tournament will once again offer up divisions for 14U-17U teams and it will have a 4 game guarantee with multi-team discounts available.
