Jalen Brunson delivered again for Villanova while a host of other alumni continued the same on the college basketball scene over the weekend.  Here’s a quick look at some who shine through Monday…

Jalen Brunson (Mac Irvin Fire) posted 17 points and seven assists as No 2 Villanova went into No. 24 Xavier and picked up a 73-57 victory.

Deng Adel (Florida Elite) scored 18 points and grabbed five rebounds to lead No. 4 Louisville to a 71-66 win over Miami (FL).

No. 6 Baylor defeated visiting TCU 70-52 thanks to 25 points and seven rebounds from Johnathan Motley (Houston Defenders). 

Jevon Carter (Team NLP) went for 19 points and nine rebounds as No. 13 West Virginia dismantled Kansas State 85-66 at home. Wesley Iwundu (Houston Defenders) had 14 points and eight rebounds for the Wildcats. 

No. 18 Duke edged Clemson 64-62 at home. Luke Kennard (King James Shooting Stars) led the way with 25 points.

Marc Loving (All-Ohio Red) scored 24 points, but Ohio State fell 86-77 at No. 21 Maryland.

Wake Forest routed North Carolina State 88-58 at home. John Collins (Florida Flash) poured in 23 points and seven rebounds in the win.

Marcus LoVett (Mac Irvin Fire) had 19 points and six assists as St. John’s knocked off Seton Hall 78-70 at home.

Payton Banks (LAX Hoops) went for 24 points to lead Penn State to an 83-70 win over Illinois. Te’Jon Lucas (Milwaukee Spartans) had 11 points and seven assists for the Illini.

Dexter Werner (ECI Prospects) was one rebound shy of a double-double with 14 points and nine boards as North Dakota State knocked off Denver 81-63.

Missouri dropped Vanderbilt 72-52 at home. Jordan Barnett (St. Louis Eagles) posted 23 points and nine rebounds in the win.

David Crisp (Team Bradley NW Panthers) exploded for 31 points, but Washington fell 85-61 at Utah.

Evan Boudreaux (Team NLP) dropped 21 points and 13 rebounds as Dartmouth escaped with a 77-74 win at Brown.
Jamar Hurdle (Milwaukee Runnin’ Rebels) scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds, but Green Bay dropped an 88-79 decision at Wright State.

Cody Wichmann (Wisconsin Swing) poured in 19 points, but Milwaukee fell 69-63 at Northern Kentucky.

Bryant McIntosh (EG10) had 25 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists as Northwestern upset No. 7 Wisconsin 66-59 on the road.

Semi Ojeleye (Mokan Elite) led No. 25 SMU to a 60-51 win over No. 11 Cincinnati with 18 points.

Clayton Custer (Team YOBO) went for 19 points, but Loyola (IL) was defeated 81-64 by Wichita State.

Frank Mason (Team Loaded) led No. 3 Kansas to an 84-80 overtime win over West Virginia with a game-high 24 points. Esa Ahmad (All-Ohio Red) had 20 points and seven rebounds for the Mountaineers. 

No. 2 Villanova picked up a 75-62 win at DePaul. Jalen Brunson (Mac Irvin Fire) led the way with 18 points and four assists.
