A number of talented 2018 prospects are still on the board across the country and last week we glanced at ten of them but there are far more than just that list on the board.  Talented senior forward Kevin Easley Jr. of Lawrence North High School in Indiana is in the max.

Equipped with a strong 6-6 210 pound plus frame, Easley has a versatile skill package that boasts a perimeter stroke, mid-range scoring ability, and the ability to score on the blocks with his back to the basket.  He has solid footwork, decent agility, and an instinctive feel to the game that allows him to provide versatility offensively while scoring the basketball.  Add to the mix decent handles, vision, and an ability to create on occasion and the talented Indiana forward is an intriguing talent who brings a lot to the table for the right situation.  A model of consistency in terms of his production, Easley is again in the midst of a stellar high school season averaging close to 20 points a game, 10 rebounds a contest, and 4 assists.  In a recruiting world that at times is on a what have you done for me lately flow, the consistent dominance and production of Easley is taken for granted at times but he’s still on the board and will be a steal for the right coach and program.

An early VCU commit that is back on the board, Easley claims offers from U-Mass, Northern Kentucky, Loyola-Chicago, Georgia State, De Paul, etc.  A legitimate four year type standout who should be able to come in and contribute immediately, Easley’s best basketball is on front of him and he’s one of the top 2018 prospect left on the board in the Midwest.

He played with the UA G3 Grind and the George Hill Rising Stars last spring and summer.
