Kentucky bound Anthony Davis dropped a triple double on Tuesday to headline the top performances nationally on Tuesday.  Here’s a recap of some of the top efforts from last night’s action on the hardwood…

2011 F Anthony Davis scored 32 points grabbed 21 rebounds and kicked out 11 assists to lead Perspectives MSA (IL) to a 65-58 victory over Juarez (IL).  Davis played with the Meanstreets program during the grassroots travel season.

2012 F Perry Ellis scored 23 points to lead Wichita Heights (KS) to a 65-41 victory over Wichita West (KS).  Ellis played for the Kansas Pray & Play Players during the grassroots travel season.

2011 G B.J. Young dropped 27 points to lift McCluer (MO) to a 71-52 victory over Oakville (MO) on Tuesday.  Young played with the St. Louis Gameface program during the grassroots travel season.

2011 SF Sam Thompson scored 17 points and collected 7 rebounds to lift Whitney Young (IL) to a 62-49 victory over North Lawndale (IL).  Thompson played with the Mac Irvin Fire during the grassroots travel season.

2011 F/C Marshall Plumlee scored 14 points and collected 10 rebounds to lead the Christ School (NC) to an 89-65 victory over Asheville Christian Academy (NC) on Tuesday.  Plumlee played with the Indiana Elite during the grassroots travel season.

2012 SF Jean-Pierre Tokoto scored 27 points to lift Menomonee Falls (WI) to a 59-37 victory over Sussex Hamilton (WI).  Tokoto played with the Wisconsin Playground Warriors during the grassroots travel season.

2011 F Kyle Wiltjer poured in 27 points as Portland Jesuit (OR) won 66-34 on Tuesday.  He played with the Drew Gooden Soldiers during the grassroots travel season.

2011 G Anthony Wroten Jr. scored 22 points to lead Garfield (WA) to a 69-61 victory over Woodinville (WA) on Tuesday.  Wroten played with the Seattle Rotary program during the grassroots travel season.

2012 G Zak Showalter scored 34 points to lead Germantown (WI) to a 79-63 victory over Whitefish Bay (WI) on Tuesday.  Showalter plays with the Wisconsin Swing during the grassroots travel season.

2012 PG Marcus Paige scored 16 points to lead Linn-Mar (IA) to a 66-61 victory over Cedar Falls (IA) on Tuesday.  Paige played with the Martin Brothers Select program during the grassroots travel season.

2011 SG Wayne Blackshear scored 18 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead Morgan Park (IL) to a 63-60 victory over Brooks Academy.  Blackshear played with the Mac Irvin Fire during the grassroots travel season.
