A stellar weekend of middle school basketball tipped off to start the New Year as the inaugural Holiday Hoopfest hit the hardwood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After two days of action at the 6th grade level it was Jake Bennett who helped push his squad to the tournament championship. Here’s a look at the 12U All-Tournament team from this past weekend…
12U/6TH GRADE CHAMPIONS – PLAYGROUND ELITE
12U/6TH GRADE 2ND PLACE – T.P. ELITE
12U/6TH GRADE 3RD PLACE – DTA SPARTANS
12U/6TH GRADE MOST OUTSTANDING PLAYER – JAKE BENNETT – PLAYGROUND ELITE
Served as the catalyst for PGE throughout the weekend as he turned in a number of dominant performances. Dominated the glass and the paint and showed instincts, skill, and excellent potential in the process.
