The inaugural Holiday Hoopfest tipped off the New Year in grand fashion as a host of middle school talent took to the hardwood for two days in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  When the dust had settled in the 11U/5th grade division, it was Gacoby Jones who led the charge as he helped push his team to the championship.  Today we wrap our coverage of the Holiday Hoopfest as we announce the All-Tournament team for the youngest division…

11U/5th GRADE CHAMPIONS – DTA SPARTANS
11U/5TH GRADE 2ND PLACE – RAY ALLEN SELECT
11U/5TH GRADE 3RD PLACE – PLAYGROUND ELITE BLUE

11U/5TH GRADE MOST OUTSTANDING PLAYER – GACOBY JONES JR.– DTA SPARTANS
Was consistent throughout the tournament and showed an above average skill package combined with nice instincts and court awareness to drop high quality efforts game in and game out.  Served as a key component to a championship run and paired with teammate Jaylin Scott to form a lethal 1-2 punch throughout the weekend.
