A flurry of hoops activity hit the hardwood in the Badger state on Friday and when the ball stopped bouncing it was players like junior Matt Van Scyoc who turned in strong performances.  Here's a quick look at the top efforts from Friday night...

2012 F Matt Van Scyoc scored his 1000 career point and finished with 30 points and 9 rebounds as Green Lake (WI) defeated Oakfield (WI) 63-38 on Friday.

Virginia bound 2011 G/F Paul Jesperson scored 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to help Merrill (WI) to a 52-26 victory over Marshfield (WI).  His younger brother and 2013 F David Jesperson added 13 points and 7 rebounds in the winning effort.

2012 SF Jean-Pierre Tokoto scored 14 points as Menomonee Falls (WI) rolled to a 57-32 victory over Friday.

2012 F Darrell Bowie scored 20 points to lift Wauwatosa East (WI) to a 43-42 victory on Friday.

2013 PG Duane Wilson Jr. poured in 18 points to lead Dominican (WI) to a 58-42 victory over Catholic Central (WI) on Friday.  2012 G Jamall Taylor added 16 in the winning effort for Dominican.

2011 F/C Nick Romanowski scored 21 points to help Franklin (WI) to a 70-58 victory over Muskego (WI) on Friday.

2011 G Dominic Wilder scored 14 points to boost Homestead (WI) to a 50-43 victory over Grafton on Friday.

Onalaska (WI) defeated Tomah (WI) 73-39 on Friday behind a 32 point effort from 2013 G Matt Thomas.

Iowa State bound 2011 SF Elgin Cook scored 26 points on Friday to help Milwaukee Hamilton (WI) to a 64-47 victory over Milwaukee Marshall (WI).  2014 SF Kevon Looney added 13 for Hamilton in the winning effort.

2012 G Chris Jones scored 20 and 2012 F Otis Pirtle added 17 to help Milwaukee Bradley Tech (WI) to a 76-57 victory over Milwaukee North (WI).

2012 PF Jameel McKay scored 28 points to help Milwaukee Pulaski (WI) past Milwaukee Northwest (WI) on Friday 63-56.

2011 G/F Trinson White finished with 19 points as Milwaukee Riverside (WI) outlasted Milwaukee South (WI) 52-50 on Friday.

2011 F Dominique Williams scored 24 points and 2012 PG Tony Mayfield Jr. finished with 15 as Milwaukee Washington (WI) defeated Milwaukee King (WI) 70-63 on Friday.

Racine Case (WI) defeated Oak Creek (WI) 48-31 on Friday behind 14 points from 2011 G Mitchell Farr.

2012 SF Seth Mortag scored 16 points to help Brookfield Central (WI) past Marquette (WI) 58-46 on Friday.

2012 G Zak Showalter finished with 16 points as Germantown (WI) defeated Port Washington (WI) 47-44 on Friday.

2011 PF Jamie Schneck scored 16 points as Whitefish Bay (WI) defeated Nicolet (WI) 70-41 on Friday.

2011 F/C J.J. Panoske scored 22 points to help Brodhead (WI) to a 52-38 victory over Jefferson (WI) on Friday.

2012 SF Austin Arians poured in 16 points to help Madison Edgewood (WI) past Milton (WI) 47-33.

News & Notes
2013 G/F Nick Fuller of Sun Prairie collected an offer from Creighton on Friday.  Fuller plays with the Wisconsin Swing during the summer.

Wisconsin expressed interest in 2012 G Zak Showalter and 2013 F/C Luke Fischer recently.  Showalter has also received interest from Richmond, Marquette, and Stanford lately while Fischer has gotten the same from Stanford, Marquette, and Wake Forest.  

Washington has shown interest in 2013 PG Duane Wilson Jr. of Dominican recently.
