The 19th edition of the prestigious NBPA Top 100 Camp tipped off on Friday morning as a host of hungry and elite prospects took to the hardwood on the campus of the University of Virginia looking to impress once again. We continue our coverage with a look at Marquette bound 2013 SF Deonte Burton and others who impressed during the third session this morning…

CLIFF ALEXANDER – 2014 – F/C – DERRICK ROSE ALL-STARS
(6-9/240 – CHICAGO CURIE H.S. – CHICAGO, IL)
The powerful and explosive interior talent delivered a physical and at times dominant morning performance to the tune of 11 points and 11 rebounds in one of the premiere games of the camp so far as competition goes. Alexander attacked the glass, was active in the paint, and served up a powerful performance as the game rolled on to add another impressive effort to his resume.
DEONTE BURTON – 2013 – SF – TP ELITE
(6-5/225 – MILWAUKEE VINCENT H.S. – MILWAUKEE, WI)
The powerful wing delivered his best performance so far this morning as he dunked and muscled his way to a strong 14 point 7 rebound effort while also kicking out a couple of assists. Burton was active on both ends, controlled the glass a times, and was virtually unstoppable at times.
MARKEL CRAWFORD – 2013 – SG – ATLANTA XPRESS
(6-4/185 – MELROSE H.S. – MEMPHIS, TN)
The standout from Tennessee delivered an electric morning performance as he wet the nets for four trey balls on his way to 16 points. He showcased an excellent stroke, the ability to catch and shoot in transition, and mixed in an ability to attack the rim and finish off the bounce. Really impressed with his ability to take over the game this morning.
ANDREW HARRISON – 2013 – PG – HOUSTON DEFENDERS
(6-5/210 – TRAVIS H.S. – HOUSTON, TX)
Harrison was exceptional as well again on Friday morning as he showcased his entire arsenal of skill and instincts to deliver a resounding performance. He attacked with consistency off the bounce, he was active defensively, he showed excellent decision making and vision, he dropped some jumpers, etc. Finished with 11 points and 7 assists while also chipping in with 2 rebounds.
KEVON LOONEY – 2014 – SF – MILWAUKEE REBELS
(6-7/185 – MILWAUKEE HAMILTON H.S. – MILWAUKEE, WI)
Whether he gets or not time will tell but Looney has to be in the running right now for the top overall performer at the camp after dropping yet another electric performance this morning. Looney slashed and attacked his way to 14 points and 10 rebounds while kicking out a couple assists as well. The game looked easy for him as he was always in the right spot and used his length, instincts, and skill to completely dominate almost every time he was on the floor this morning.
STOCK BOOSTERS
KENDAL HARRIS – 2013 – G – URBAN DFW ELITE
(6-4/175 – BERKNER H.S. – RICHARDSON, TX
The talented Texas perimeter prospect opened some eyes with a strong effort this morning. He continued to elevate his stock on Friday as he dropped 12 points and 5 rebounds in an active and at times dominant performance that showcased his ability to score the basketball in a variety of ways and make things happen on both ends.
NOAH VONLEH – 2014 – F – MASS RIVALS
(6-7/220 – NEW HAMPTON SCHOOL – HAVERHILL, MA)
Showed a versatile skill package this morning as he attacked the paint, scored in transition, and drilled a couple of long range jumpers as well. Looks the part of a combo forward who can score inside and outside with a solid effort this morning.
STAR WATCH
GREG MCCLINTON – 2013 – SF – CP3 ALL-STARS
(6-6/185 – WINSTON-SALEM PREP – WINSTON-SALEM, NC)
Really impressed with his smooth long floor game and this morning he showed a versatile package as he scored in transition, was active in half court sets, and ripped a trey ball as well. Excellent upside and potential for this talented wing from North Carolina.
SOLOMON POOLE – 2013 – PG – ATLANTA CELTICS
(6-1/180 – TERRY PARKER H.S. – JACKSONVILLE, FL)
An explosive athlete with power and instincts, Poole delivered a strong performance this morning scoring the ball as he dropped in 12 points while adding a couple assists and rebounds. One of the top pure athletes in the country.
RASHAD VAUGHN – 2014 – SG – NET GAIN SPORTS
(6-6/190 – ROBINSDALE COOPER H.S. – MINNEAPOLIS, MN)
Finished with a solid 9 point effort this morning where he attacked in transition, knocked down a couple mid-range looks, and drilled a trey ball. Was active early on and made it look easy as he showed his athleticism and versatile skill package with a solid effort this morning.
NEWS AND NOTES
2014 PG Parker Jackson-Cartwright delivered a solid effort this morning and the talented lead guard from California indicated that he’s currently being pursued by Arizona, UCLA, San Diego State, USC, NC State, Washington, and California amongst others.
2013 SF Greg McClinton indicated that his top five are Missouri, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, Louisville, and Xavier with an October decision date after he takes some visits this fall.
2013 PG Jaylon Tate indicated that he’s getting interest from the likes of UCLA, Virginia, Providence, Depaul, Illinois, Northwestern, Xavier, Maryland, Butler, and Missouri.
2013 F/C Dominic Woodson indicated that he’ll attend Findley Prep, Huntington Prep, or Sunrise Christian Academy next fall. The highly regarded big man said Oklahoma, Baylor, TCU, UCLA, NC State, Texas Tech, Rhode Island, Texas A&M, Cincinnati, Memphis, and Providence are some of the schools pursuing him right now.
