NY2LASPORTS.COM in association with PHENOMNATIONHOOPS.COM will present the 2010 Generation Next All-Star Camp June 18-20, 2010 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The camp will be open to current 6th, 7th, and 8th graders (i.e. Class of 2014-2016 prospects) and will take place inside the M.S.O.E. KERN CENTER in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to NY2LASPORTS.COM National Recruiting Editor and SLAM Magazine Midwest "PUNKS" Editor Antonio Curro, Clark Francis of the HoopScoop is also confirmed to be in attendance. Francis is the National Recruiting Editor for the Hoopscoop and one of the foremost authorities on middle school basketball in the United States.
This camp annually attracts some of the best middle school talent in the country and has seen the likes of Jean-Pierre Tokoto, Marcus Paige, Siyani Chambers, Jabari Parker, Duane Wilson Jr., Deonte Burton, Alex Foster, R.J. Curington, V.J. Beachem, Richard Freeman, Keith Langston, Jamaar McKay, Jonathan Carson, Tyus Jones, Lamonte Beardon, Brandon Key, Jake Wright, Tyus Mason, Kenneth Walton, Kamil Williams, Darion King, Joseph Binyoti, Branden Hardesty, Sean McGee, Alex Dykema, Vijay Blackmon, Sebastian Baugh, etc. in recent years.
The camp will once again feature skill sessions and full length game play with all registered participants receiving a customized reversible jersey and shorts, a complete profile on PHENOMNATIONHOOPS.COM and NY2LASPORTS.COM, and an individual evaluation as well on those sites.
