Another part of the strong 2013 class of prospects in the Badger state has seen his stock start to move forward as South Dakota State recently stopped in to see 2013 F Toby Hegner of Berlin H.S. (WI). Hegner plays with the Wisconsin Playmakers program during the grassroots travel season.
