As the regular season draws to a close in some states, others already are into state tournament play and the hardwood saw a host of top performances from elite prospects once again on Friday. 2012 G/F Shabazz Muhammad was front and center once again as the explosive wing dropped 36 for Bishop Gorman. Here’s a quick look at some others who shined under the Friday night lights…
2012 G/F Shabazz Muhammad scored 36 points to help Bishop Gorman (NV) to a 96-51 win. Muhammad played with the Dream Vision program last summer.
2012 SF Sam Dekker scored 38 points to help Sheboygan Area Lutheran (WI) to a 66-60 win. He played with the Wisconsin Playground Warriors.
2012 SG Gary Harris finished with 26 as Hamilton SE (IN) rolled to a 97-52 win. He played with the D3 Heat last summer.
2014 F/C Trey Lyles finished with 22 as Arsenal Tech (IN) won 92-53. He played with the Spiece Indy Heat last summer.
2014 PG Tyus Jones scored 29 but it wasn’t enough as Apple Valley (MN) fell to Lakeville North (MN) 76-68. He played with the Howard Pulley Panthers last summer.
2015 SF Mickey Mitchell poured in 29 as Prestonwood Christian (TX) rolled to an 83-64 win. He played with the Texas Titans last summer.
2013 SG Keith Frazier finished with 20 to help Kimball (TX) to a 72-67 win.
2012 F/C Skylar Spencer finished with 17 points and 5 blocks but it wasn’t enough as Price (CA) fell to Gardena Serra (CA) 70-63. He played with the Team Jennings program last summer.
2012 C Willie Cauley finished with 14 as Olathe NW (KS) rolled to a 66-39 win. He played with the Spiece Mo-Kan program last summer.
2015 PG Marcus LoVett poured in 46 as Providence (CA) rolled to a 74-61 win.
2012 G Gabe York poured in 32 to help Orange Lutheran (CA) to a 79-70 win. He played with the Compton Magic last summer.
2013 SF Roschon Prince dropped 40 as Long Beach Poly (CA) won 77-67. He played with the California Supreme program last summer.
2012 SG Katin Reinhardt finished with 26 as Mater Dei (CA) won 72-60. He played with the California Supreme program last summer.
