Wisconsin Mr. Basketball favorite and Virginia bound 2011 G Paul Jesperson scored 31 points but it wasn't enough as Merrill (WI) fell to Peoria Richwoods (IL) 45-40 on Tuesday night at the Tournament of Champions in Illinois.

Jesperson played with the Wisconsin Playmakers during the grassroots travel season.
